Using Document Properties in Word

Hi,

I manage numerous policy documents. I use a Cover Page to provide details about the policy - see example below:

Document Information Document Title:

Policy Reference:

Version:

Version Issue Date:

Supersedes Version:

Functional Area:

Department:

Division:

Group Policy Officer:

Owner:

This information (plus more) using up the first two or three pages of the policy. Want I want to try and achieve is hvae this info part of the WORD Properties and it display at the END of the document.

Help!

0	You will need to find a 3rd party application to pull the meta data from a document and paste it into the document itself. Word 2003 - 2010 doesn't have this feature unfortunately.... Sounds like a cool feature however :) link answered Feb 11 at 13:41 ShockerSH 1.1k●1●11●24
