How do you use snipping tools using windows xp

Hi Shannon. There is not a windows snipping tool on Windows XP. The snipping tool was introduced for the first time with Windows Vista. Windows 7 also has it.

Jacks is right -- there is no snipping tool. You can however use JING which is free to take screen captures:
