Hi. Rather than use the default backup location, I'd like to back my iPhone up to a specific location. How do I set that up?

Thanks!

Sadly enough I think iTunes can't do this for you, but there is a paid application called MobileSyncBrowser which (I think) allows you to set a custom backup location, as well as view any backups and protect them in various ways. Sorry if my answer isn't really helpful...
