Is there a way to print the Windows Explorer list of files of what's on a drive (flash, subfolder, etc.) I would just like to have a quick way to find which drive has the file I am looking for.

The easiest way to print something like what you are asking is to just take a print screen of it. Open the flash drive so all of its contents are showing. If there are a lot then you might want to change the view settings to list view, if not already on that setting. Make sure the flash drive window is the active one and press Alt + the PrtScn (print screen) buttons. The PrtScn is usually at the top right of the keyboard, right around or above the home and insert keys, each keyboard is different. Once you push those two buttons, open something like Microsoft Paint or Microsoft Word and paste what you just did a print screen on. You can then print it out. What this is really doing is taking a picture of the window. I would suggest using paint for this.
