Hello,

First -- thank you for being a reader to groovyPost and thank you for the question.

You have two options. The first options is on the next Daily Newsletter you receive, click the unsubscribe button and it should take you to a screen where you can choose to unsubscribe from the daily newsletter however stay subscribed to the weekly newsletter.

If you are not yet subscribed however to the weekly newsletter, just click this link:
