I was drafting a long mail (over 3 hours of work based on research), it was intermittently draft saved in Outlook (office 2010) -- accidently got deleted. Need help can someone guide me please

If you deleted it from the DRAFT folder, there is little you can do to recover it. The time it will take to recover the email (if it's still sitting there in your Outlook data file) will require more effort than re-writing the email....
