I have iTunes on one pc but when I load it onto another pc on the same network it won't access the iTunes store? The connection gets refused even after I opened up the firewall.

If the PC on which it doesn't work is using Wi-Fi, it might be a router setting that is preventing it from connecting.
Here is a quick way to find out:
P.S.: If your Router IP is different and the above-mentioned Username & Password do not work, look for the instruction manual that came with the router and see if this information is specified in there.
